Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Juggll ("the App"), operated by Juggll ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. We do not store your Google or Apple password.

3. What the App Does

Juggll is a grocery list app. You can create lists, add items, organize them by aisle, share lists with others, and use on-device AI to automatically categorize items. The App is currently provided free of charge.

4. Your Content

"Your Content" means the grocery lists, items, and any other data you create in the App. You own your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the App and provide its features to you and the people you share lists with.

5. Sharing

You can share lists with other users via email invites or shareable links. When you share a list, the people you share it with can view and edit that list. You are responsible for who you share your lists with.

6. AI Features

The App includes optional AI-powered item categorization. All AI processing happens on your device. No grocery item data is sent to external AI services for classification purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

8. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Juggll. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the App as intended.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juggll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (currently zero).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Juggll operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
